Clancy’s Fishing Team starts their winter steelhead fishing September 15th at the confluence of the Snake & Clearwater  Rivers at Lewiston Idaho & Clarkston Washington. This is great Steelhead fishing, nice big fish, some over twenty pounds & ten or fifteen fish days are common.                                                                                                                                                                             The Cowlitz River Early Winter fish will start in December & last through January. The Cowlitz River Late Winter run fish start arriving mid January.These are the BIG ONES. Quality hard-fighting fish, they fight like they are on steroids. Lots of three salt fish. This fishing stays very good through April. The Cowlitz River Steelhead are all hatchery fish and you can take them all home if you wish.
